The book and this blog have been a cathartic day-by-day process of learning and self-reflection, without which I don't know if I would be alive. For over a year, I have suffered greatly, struggling with my own depression and suicidal thoughts. But I press on, knowing I have to, to somehow make up for the loss of two lives and the promises they offered.
